USSC is proud to offer our 6th Nike Swim Camp in Wisconsin at Lawrence University with Head Swim Coach Andrew Fleek. Designed for competitive swimmers to improve and refine their stroke technique our goal at the Nike Swim Camp is to teach the things that will make the biggest difference to your functioning.
The 84-acre campus is located in downtown Appleton, divided into 2 parts by the Play a joke on River. The bookish campus is on the n shore of the river, and the major able-bodied facilities are on the southeast shore. Campers train each day at the Olympic-size pond puddle in the Buchanan Kiewit Health Center. Camp will be express to 50 campers per session and then we encourage you to register soon!
The Nike Swim Camp at Lawrence University is open up to any and all entrants. For your safety and benefit, we recommend you have competitive swimming experience (e.m. UsaS. historic period group, national qualifiers, high school swimmers, or summer league swimmers) and can swim at to the lowest degree 50 meters in all four competitive strokes: fly, dorsum, breast and freestyle.

This summer, Lawrence Academy is offering iii sessions of camp for ages 9-eighteen. Upon arrival at camp, campers are placed in groups with other swimmers having similar abilities and goals. Our military camp staff will do their all-time to accommodate your needs, keeping in consideration your experience and desire to amend.

A detailed camper registration parcel containing check in location, health/release forms, emergency contact info, and a list of things to bring volition exist emailed to all registered campers prior to camp. Day Camp (June 13-16 & July eleven-fourteen)

Overnight Camp (June 19-23)
Check-IN
Bank check-in takes place between ane:00-2:00pm on Sunday. A detailed schedule for the week will exist provided at that time.
CHECK-OUT
There will be a endmost ceremony on Thursday at 11:30am. Extended day campers depart from the field and overnight campers check-out from the dorm immediately following our last field session on Th.
EXTENDED DAY CAMPERS
On the starting time day of army camp, extended 24-hour interval campers should arrive betwixt ane:xxx-2:00pm ready to swim. All other days, the arrival time is viii:45am. Extended day campers depart at 8:00pm (lunch and dinner included). Precise drib off and selection up locations for extended twenty-four hour period campers will be provided on the start day of army camp.
DAILY SCHEDULE: SUN 2PM-8PM, Monday-WED 9AM-8PM, THURS 9AM-12PM
HOUSING & ROOMMATES
Campers stay two and four per room and are assigned by age and roommate requests. If you don't take a roommate request, you lot will be placed in a room with someone almost your age. It will be a bang-up opportunity to encounter someone new! Boys and girls are housed on separate floors with gender specific counselors on them.

SUGGESTED SPENDING MONEY: $50
MEDICAL FACILITY: a certified trainer will exist on staff at all times
SUPERVISION: The staff alive in the dormitories with the campers and participate in all activities. Drugs, booze and tobacco are strictly prohibited, and constitute, along with general misconduct, grounds for dismissal from camp without a refund.

Lawrence University

ever smiling when I picked her upwards
June 27, 2021: She enjoyed existence video taped. This gave her a whole new perspective on her swim strokes. She was ae to identify areas of weakness and areas of strength. She had lots of fun and was always smiling when I picked her up. Parking was very difficult and strenuous... We went ahead of time to walk the campus. AMAZING Camp!
July 22, 2019: Once over again, it was AMAZING!! This Nike swim campsite at LU has got to exist one of the Best! This was our son's third year attention this camp, and, once over again, Passenger vehicle Drew and his staff did not disappoint. They are top-notch and do an extraordinary job every unmarried yr. Our son always walks away with so much to tweak and to ameliorate his strokes, but this year, he has grown the almost thanks to all the feedback, 1-on-once, video assay, etc. that this camp provides. Plus he loves the food at LU so that's a big bonus besides!

They are both excited to get back into the home pool and put into practice all that was taught to them. Thank you for providing a sound, technical skills camp for our girls. Lots of individual feedback!
July xx, 2017: I actually enjoyed analyzing the videos our counselors took of the states swimming the different strokes. I got lots of helpful individualized feedback on my strokes too. The games were fun, merely competitive, and gave the campers time to get to know each other. The drill sessions greatly improved my stroke.

Extremely well run!
July 28, 2016: Nike Swim Campsite at Lawrence Academy was an extremely well run and well organized military camp. My son dramatically improved the timing for his animate on the butterfly to maximize his speed, and fixed his whip kick for the butterfly. He can't look to go on working on these and all of the improvements he made during the week. He will be back next twelvemonth!

The staff was pleasant and easy to work with and they seemed very accommodating and flexible. He learned a ton in a short period of time.
